Induced After-Death Communication Therapy (IADC)

In addition to traditional couples work and individual therapy, I offer a specific type of therapy for grief called IADC.

Induced After-Death Communication (IADC) Therapy is a gentle, two-session approach designed to ease the deep sadness of grief. Using a modified form of EMDR therapy, it helps people find emotional resolution after the loss of a loved one.

Many clients report a powerful sense of connection with the person who passed—often through vivid feelings, sensory experiences, or a strong sense of presence. These moments can bring comfort, help resolve unfinished feelings, and reduce the pain of separation.

Importantly, IADC doesn’t rely on personal beliefs to be effective. Whether someone sees the experience as spiritual, psychological, or something else entirely, the healing impact remains the same.

The main goal of IADC Therapy is to ease the pain of grief. While many clients do experience a sense of connection with their loved one, not everyone does—and it can’t be guaranteed. Still, most people report a significant decrease in sadness, even without that experience.
