Therapy Services
Hello and welcome — I’m really glad you’re here.
Chances are, you’ve landed on this page looking for some clarity, hope, or support as you face life’s challenges. I want you to know: you’re not alone, and help is within reach.
As a clinical psychologist, I’m deeply committed to walking alongside individuals and couples as they navigate the complexities of their inner world and relationships. Whether you’re feeling disconnected from yourself, facing a relationship that’s lost its rhythm, or simply longing for a deeper understanding of what’s going on beneath the surface—I’m here to help.
You might be wondering what it would be like to explore your thoughts and emotions more deeply, or to find new ways of relating to someone you love. If so, you’re in the right place. This kind of work takes courage, and even just being here is a meaningful first step.
Whenever you’re ready, I’d be honored to support you on your journey toward greater self-awareness, connection, and healing. Feel free to reach out or book a session—we’ll take the next step together.
Individual Therapy
$175/hour
Are you at a crossroads in life—feeling discouraged by paths that haven’t unfolded the way you hoped? Are unexpected challenges leaving you unsure of how to move forward? You’re not alone, and support is possible.
In my work with individuals, I offer a compassionate space to explore where you’ve been, where you are, and where you hope to go. Together, we can gently uncover the roots of your patterns, tend to past wounds, and cultivate self-understanding. When we make room for self-compassion, reconnect with our inner child, and explore the “why” behind our behaviors, a deeper sense of peace and acceptance often begins to emerge.
I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Psychodynamic Therapy—integrating these approaches to support greater self-awareness, resilience, and meaning. I'm especially passionate about weaving in your spiritual values and experiences, honoring the richness they bring to the healing process—often offering depth where traditional models fall short.
Couples Therapy
$225/hour
Are you feeling more distant from your partner lately—longing for the closeness you once shared? Do you find yourselves caught in the same arguments, unsure how to break free from the cycle? Maybe you’re speaking up, but still feel like your concerns aren’t being truly heard. If so, you’re not alone.
It’s common for even the strongest relationships to become tangled in patterns that leave both partners feeling hurt, disconnected, or misunderstood. The good news is that change is possible—and there is a path forward.
Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for Couples, I help partners slow down and gently tune into the deeper needs and emotions that often get buried beneath frustration or conflict. So often, beneath those tense or painful moments is a softer longing: to feel seen, understood, held, and loved.
One of the things I cherish most about working with couples is the opportunity to act as a kind of emotional translator—helping two people who care deeply about each other begin to speak the same language again. Together, we can work toward restoring the connection, safety, and tenderness that may feel out of reach right now.
In addition to couples and individual work, I also offer a specific type of brief therapy for grief called IADC. Check out more information on this type of therapy.
